Materials You Will Need:
ruler, paper, assortment of shoes
What To Do:
Gather several pairs of shoes in a variety of sizes. Line them up on a table and pretend your child is going shopping for new shoes. Measure your child's foot with a ruler and then measure the shoes to find one that matches the length of your child's foot. Change roles with your child and let your child be the shoe salesperson.
Variations:
Label the shoes with different amounts of money and have your child 'pay' you for the shoes.
